Villa il Laghetto
Villa Il Laghetto, consisting of the main house and a charming annexe for a total of about 300 square meters and 12 beds (plus a double sofa bed), is surrounded by a large garden including a fully fenced portion of woodland and a small vegetable garden (only during summer) with always fresh vegetables available for guests. A beautiful private swimming pool (open from May to the end of September) measuring 6 meters by 12 meters with a 4-meter-diameter Jacuzzi, also suitable for children, and two gazebos complete the outdoor scenery made even more comfortable by pleasant garden furniture.
Main House
The main house accommodates on the ground floor a large living room with an ancient stone fireplace (equipped with a very efficient fireplace to heat even the coldest winter days), living-dining room with tables and chairs, service bathroom, kitchen with access to the veranda where there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a large barbecue, double bedroom with private bathroom with tub/shower and porch; on the second floor, which can be accessed either by internal or external staircase with typical loggia, we find a large living room, passage room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, laundry room and large terrace. The annex consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, porch furnished with outdoor furniture. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Our Holiday Home Villa Il Laghetto is located in Castiglion Fiorentino, in the province of Arezzo, in the green Val di Chiana valley rich in history and art, with the aim of combining the charm of an old farmhouse with the high level of comfort thanks to a nice and fine furnishings. The villa is located in the vicinity of cities full of history, art and culture such as Cortona (km 20), Arezzo (km 25) and Siena (km 60) and not far from Florence (km 100), Perugia (km 80) and Rome (km 210).
The villa is located at the end of a small country road, surrounded by vineyards and woods, where only the passage of a few small planes or gliders, and the brief noise of a high-speed train passing nearby, reminds us of the time in which we live .
